Public Realm Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, mobilization, and delivery of Public Realm projects, ensuring integration with wider city and programme delivery strategies
• Manage the full project lifecycle from design through construction to handover, ensuring quality, safety, and performance targets are met
• Oversee the development and implementation of Engineering and Design Management Plans
• Lead governance and design review processes to ensure compliance with client requirements and standards
• Coordinate technical assurance activities and manage interfaces between internal teams, delivery partners, and contractors
• Monitor programme performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures to maintain schedule, cost, and quality
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, driving a high-performance culture through coaching and development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of experience in large-scale multidisciplinary and Public Realm projects
• Proven experience delivering Public Realm projects across both design and construction phases
• Strong consultant and contractor management capability
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary project teams in complex environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer (or equivalent professional accreditation)
• Experience working in the Middle East or on giga/mega projects
• Experience with infrastructure and city-scale delivery
• Experience working within integrated client or PMC delivery environments
