Public Areas Attendant

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public and employee areas including lobby, meeting rooms, and restaurants
• Dust pictures, wipe down walls, and clean windows, furniture, and wood molding
• Replenish magazines and stock all position-related products
• Report maintenance requests and mechanical deficiencies
• Assist with guest special requests such as rollaway beds or baby cribs
• Keep storage areas clean and organized

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning chemicals and OSHA safety standards
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods
• Understanding of health and safety regulations regarding biohazard materials
