Public Areas Attendant

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Monitor public area cleanliness, including restrooms, lobbies, and hallways
• Support housekeeping staff by delivering extra linen, towels, or other supplies to guest rooms
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate department
• Assist with setting up event spaces or meetings as requested
• Ensure all health and safety standards are followed in public and guest areas

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within 5-star hotels or luxury resorts
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic command of English

Preferred Qualifications

• Further education in Hospitality or related fields
• Proficiency in additional languages
