Public Area Attendant

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned lobby and public areas on a regular schedule
• Perform spot sweeping, carpet dusting, and glass cleaning
• Maintain all public restrooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper supplies
• Wipe, clean, and dust all surfaces including marble and tables
• Vacuum carpets and rugs in assigned areas
• Report any damage or malfunctions in hotel areas
• Respond professionally and efficiently to guest requests
• Maintain equipment in a clean and proper state

Requirements

• Warm and caring personality
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• Basic understanding of the English language
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 50 lbs
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Physical ability to stoop, kneel, reach, stand, walk, bend, and twist
