Public Area Attendant

Responsibilities

• Prioritize cleaning of high-touch surfaces and high-traffic zones throughout the day
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in Residences to ensure prompt resolution
• Ensure compliance with Residence cleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas
• Assist with the complimentary beverage and snack program in the Residents Lounge, including tea, coffee, and refreshments
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, appliances, and service stations
• Provide light service support in the Residents Lounge when residents are present
• Monitor lighting, scent, music, and overall ambiance to maintain a consistent luxury environment

Requirements

• Minimum one year of Housekeeping experience
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel and/or luxury residences
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual skills
