Public Area Attendant

Responsibilities

• Ensure all public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other common spaces are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests, addressing any queries or requests courteously
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience in public area cleaning or housekeeping in a 5-star hotel environment
• High attention to detail and dedication to maintaining luxury cleanliness standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and public holidays
• Must be currently located in the UAE
