About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local government, chambers of commerce, universities, and community partners in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
  • Support community engagement initiatives, philanthropic partnerships, and corporate responsibility programs
  • Represent Nebius at local events, panels, and roundtables
  • Monitor and analyze local, state, and federal legislative and regulatory developments relevant to AI and cloud technologies
  • Support engagement with elected officials and public institutions
  • Draft policy briefs, issue summaries, and position papers
  • Coordinate participation in trade associations and policy coalitions
  • Collaborate with Communications team on external messaging
  • Track public sentiment and media coverage regarding policy agenda
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Policy, Compliance, and GTM teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Communications, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or external relations
  • Experience in tech, telecom, or infrastructure sectors preferred
  • Proven ability to translate complex policy topics into business implications
  • Experience engaging with government entities and advocacy groups
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Previous experience in a high-growth, start-up environment
