About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform institutional monitoring to identify risks and opportunities for company activities
- Map and qualify stakeholders, decision-making bodies, and influence networks
- Support the implementation of the public affairs strategy through note-writing and organizing institutional events
- Assist operational teams in stakeholder management, specifically regarding Local Territorial Anchoring Plans (PLAT)
- Contribute to sustainable development initiatives, focusing on consultation and territorial anchoring
- Produce formalization, awareness, and communication materials
Requirements
- Degree from an IEP (Institut d'Études Politiques) or equivalent university training with a specialization in public affairs
- Strong understanding of local, national, and European decision-making processes
- Excellent writing and formalization skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Previous internship experience in public affairs, consulting, or an institutional environment is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in sustainable development and environmental issues
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
