About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct private 1:1 adaptive fitness training sessions
- Lead or co-lead group fitness classes for individuals with special needs
- Perform regular fitness assessments and re-assessments to track progress
- Update and review client profiles and prepare for upcoming workouts
- Work at participating on-site locations within a 15-20 mile radius
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Ability to work on-site for client sessions
- Proficiency with smartphones and basic computer functions
- Ability to conduct both individual and group training sessions
- Experience working with special needs populations is a significant plus
