About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide invoice processing services, including verifying and posting incoming invoices according to procedures and SLAs
- Manage approval requests and provide necessary information to local finance representatives
- Support period-end closing processes through account reconciliations and report preparation
- Handle and resolve standard PtP-related enquiries from local finance teams or suppliers
- Support the preparation of supplier payment proposals in line with applicable payment schedules
Requirements
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Analytical skills, including the ability to identify, forecast, and solve problems
- High level of accuracy and systematic approach to work
- Good knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Excel
- Proficiency in English to enable free communication
