About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide invoice processing services, including verifying and posting incoming invoices according to procedures and SLAs
  • Manage approval requests and provide necessary information to local finance representatives
  • Support period-end closing processes through account reconciliations and report preparation
  • Handle and resolve standard PtP-related enquiries from local finance teams or suppliers
  • Support the preparation of supplier payment proposals in line with applicable payment schedules

Requirements

  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Analytical skills, including the ability to identify, forecast, and solve problems
  • High level of accuracy and systematic approach to work
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Excel
  • Proficiency in English to enable free communication
