PtP Accountant

Responsibilities

• Handle daily supplier invoice booking ensuring timeliness and accuracy
• Manage month-closing processes and prepare necessary documentation for balance sheet reviews of the AP section
• Support the Purchase to Pay manager in resolving urgent issues and following up on solutions and actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting
• 1-2 years of experience as a Purchase to Pay accountant preferred (recent graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong understanding of Chinese Accounting Regulations and International Accounting Standards
• High level of focus on quality, accuracy, and meeting deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
