About the role
Responsibilities
- Review (e-)prescriptions for dosage, interactions, and general accuracy
- Communicate with customers, doctors, and healthcare providers via telephone to resolve pharmaceutical inquiries
- Provide pharmaceutical counseling and ensure correct medication dispensing
- Monitor control processes and collaborate with pharmaceutical teams to improve workflows
Requirements
- Completed PTA (Pharmacy Technician Assistant) training
- Passion for professional pharmaceutical counseling
- Strong customer communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Structured, precise, and responsible working style
- Very good written and spoken German
- Proficiency in pharmaceutical systems and MS Office
