Responsibilities

• Processing pharmaceutical customer, logistics, and manufacturer returns
• Checking returns in accordance with pharmaceutical quality and safety requirements
• Communicating and corresponding with suppliers and internal departments
• Collaborating closely with purchasing, financial accounting, and other pharmaceutical teams
• Administrative processing and documentation of return shipping processes
• Actively participating in the continuous optimization of processes in the returns area

Requirements

• Completed training as a PTA (Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant)
• Interest in pharmaceutical processes beyond traditional pharmacy work, specifically in logistics and quality
• Structured, careful, and responsible way of working
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage
• Good German and English skills (written and spoken)
• Dutch language skills are an advantage
