About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for patients and customers
- Provide competent pharmaceutical health advice and poly-medication counseling
- Address interaction questions in collaboration with pharmacists
- Manage prescription release and control (prescription management)
- Handle pharmaceutical billing
Requirements
- Completed PTA (Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant) training
- Passion for pharmaceutical counseling
- Strong customer communication skills, especially via telephone
- Structured, precise, and responsible way of working
- Very good written and spoken German
- Proficiency in pharmaceutical systems and MS Office
