About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical service via telephone and written consultation regarding self-medication, prescription drugs, and health products
- Review prescriptions for potential interactions and contraindications
- Act as a contact person for medication analysis and customer inquiries
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical teams to improve workflows
Requirements
- Completed PTA (Pharmazeutisch-technische Assistentin) training
- Passion for professional pharmaceutical consultation
- Strong customer communication skills, especially via telephone
- Structured, accurate, and responsible working style
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in pharmaceutical systems and MS Office
