Requirements
- Ability to coach, assist, and support store associates effectively
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks including kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to meet or exceed established sales and performance goals
