PT Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth
• Guide and support team members through effective mentorship and leadership
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards
• Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment
• Comply with all store policies, procedures, and programs

Requirements

• Ability to coach, assist, and support store associates effectively
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks including kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to meet or exceed established sales and performance goals
