PT Hub Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and manage workgroups to ensure high standards for safety, production, and attendance
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures in compliance with department, station, corporate, and OSHA requirements
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency
• Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment through proactive communication and inter-departmental cooperation
• Implement employee development plans and provide detailed orientation, skills training, and regular coaching to support professional growth

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs. (32 kgs)
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, National, or authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
• Previous management experience
