PT Clinic Director

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results
• Review physician referrals and medical records to determine required physical therapy
• Provide direct patient care following established protocols and guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions for patients and caregivers
• Oversee patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete written plans of care, including goal development and comprehensive programming
• Implement and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies
• Ensure timely documentation of daily notes, workers' compensation reports, and discharge summaries
• Perform additional duties as Clinic Director

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Graduate Program
• Current State of Delaware Physical Therapist License (PT)
• CPR certification
• Outgoing and energetic personality
