Psychology Secondary Teacher

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and challenging Psychology lessons that link to the real world and align with Department schemes of work.
• Use homework and assessments to monitor and track pupil progress, identifying underachieving students and implementing interventions.
• Provide regular feedback and communicate effectively with parents regarding student strengths and targets.
• Work collaboratively with department members to support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with colleagues and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to implement school improvement plan priorities.

Requirements

• Valid UK teaching qualifications.
• Proven experience working within UK schools.
• Experience delivering the IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme) curriculum.
• Experience delivering the A Level curriculum.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or suitability for a Head of Psychology position (please indicate interest in your application).
