Psychologist

Responsibilities

• Participate in the management of the hospitalization unit in collaboration with medical and nursing managers
• Collaborate with the health-social interface team and mobile teams to develop partnerships with social, educational, and health institutions
• Act as an expert psychologist, providing supervision and contributing to teaching activities
• Ensure follow-up for families of hospitalized children and adolescents
• Participate in care project development, team meetings, and interdisciplinary syntheses
• Collaborate closely with clinic heads, intern doctors, and nursing staff

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology
• Federal specialist title in psychotherapy
• AOS billing authorization
• At least 6 years of experience in an institutional setting
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
• Experience in teaching and supervision
• Knowledge of group dynamics and organizational analysis
• Excellent knowledge of the social and health ecosystems in the Canton of Geneva
