Psychologist

Responsibilities

• Provide effective diagnosis and treatment for clients with mental health, substance issues, musculoskeletal injuries, and concussions
• Develop broad-spectrum treatment plans within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
• Participate in quality improvement activities and cross-functional duties
• Collaborate with psychotherapists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain detailed third-party insurance reporting

Requirements

• Doctoral or Master's degree in Psychology from an accredited APA or CPA program
• Valid registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
• Completion of APPI, CPA, or CCPPP accredited internship/residency program
• Experience with CBT, DBT, or motivational interviewing
• For Neuropsychologists: Ph.D. or Psy.D. and at least two years of experience with acquired brain injury (ABI)
• For Supervised Practice: Completion of all degree requirements and commitment to 3 years of service
