Psychological Counsellor

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological counseling via phone and chat to employees regarding work, relationships, family, social issues, and health.
• Conduct telephone crisis intervention following traumatic events.
• Provide telephone counseling to executives on leadership challenges, such as managing employees with mental health issues or addiction in the workplace.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees and leaders, where applicable.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology.
• Proven experience in psychological counseling, preferably using a solution-oriented approach.
• Fluency (both written and oral) in at least three of the following languages: German, French, Italian, or English.
• Availability to participate in regular on-call shifts to ensure 24/7 service availability.
• Proficiency with digital collaboration and communication tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, and Salesforce.
