Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide group and individual therapy to adults with a history of psychiatric hospitalizations
• Deliver psychiatric rehabilitation and case management services
• Assist patients with long-term care and stabilization
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement therapeutic services and interventions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field (e.g., sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology)
• Minimum of 1 year of supervised experience in a mental health or human services setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a PRSC or mental health professional in a licensed nursing home, intermediate care facility, or specialized mental health rehab facility (SMHRF)
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)
