Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute psychiatry assessments and 30-minute follow-up sessions remotely
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical leadership, and therapists through integrated care plans
• Use data-informed tools and measurement-based care to tailor treatment plans

Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Licensed to practice in Washington as a PMHNP
• 2+ years of experience providing mental health services as a PMHNP
• Active DEA license in Washington
• Experience delivering remote telepsychiatry services
• Ability to start in mid-August 2026

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional state licensure
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses to support company expansion
