PSC Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures and finger sticks to obtain blood specimens
• Verify test requisitions and patient identification
• Maintain specimen integrity using aseptic techniques and follow isolation procedures
• Act as operations manager for the designated Patient Service Center (PSC)
• Oversee the phlebotomy program, including scheduling and vendor management
• Report KPIs and quality control results to product management leadership
• Manage phlebotomy equipment and assist with supply stocking
• Onboard, train, and supervise phlebotomists as needed to support growth

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience
• 5+ years of high-level customer care experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must provide state-mandated phlebotomy license with application if applicable
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of supplies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing or supervising phlebotomy operations and teams
• Phlebotomy Certification
• BS/BA degree
• Previous financial and budgetary experience
• Bilingual language skills
