PSA Service Sales Representative 2

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell preventative maintenance service agreements for commercial building systems, including fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, and communication systems.
• Meet and exceed financial targets and predetermined sales metrics.
• Manage the full sales cycle, focusing on customer acquisition, organic growth, and retention.
• Execute strategic territory management to drive business profitability.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education.
• Proven experience selling "service" and intangible products.
• Strong technical aptitude with a high level of attention to detail.
• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to captivate individual and group audiences.
• Demonstrated understanding of sales methodologies, standards, and disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years of progressive sales experience.
• Industry knowledge regarding fire and life safety systems.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
• Exposure to Acclivus training and methodologies.
