PS&RA Operation Advisor

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit required regulatory reports and product registrations
• Analyze poison centre notifications and product registration requirements
• Analyze SDS distribution gap reports and support corrective actions
• Update local regulations in SDS (e.g., German Water hazard class, Nordic/Swiss details)
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding product safety and compliance
• Manage country-specific or regional reporting obligations
• Drive continuous process improvement by identifying enhancement opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, environmental sciences, chemical engineering, or a related field
• Experience with REACH, TSCA, WGK, or other chemical management regulations
• Previous experience in product stewardship or regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and general computer literacy
• Willingness to relocate to Bangalore/Bengaluru for an office-based morning shift
• Ability to travel 5-10% (domestic and international)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant scientific field
• Product knowledge from the chemicals, lubricants, or oil & gas industries
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working with third-party vendors
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
