Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of construction material testers (Baustoffprüfer) both technically and disciplinarily
• Ensure quality assurance for concrete products within the Lahn-Sieg region
• Coordinate factory production controls and conduct initial testing
• Evaluate and assess testing results to maintain high product quality standards
• Contribute to the development of concrete recipes and evaluate raw materials from a technological perspective
• Act as the central technical contact for customers regarding complaints and provide expert consulting
• Create structured technical assessments, evaluations, and reports

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Baustoffprüfer (specializing in mortar and concrete) with several years of experience, or a degree in Engineering with a focus on concrete
• Advanced knowledge of concrete technology (ideally with an E-Schein qualification or willingness to obtain one)
• Previous experience in leadership or team coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard PC applications
• Very good written and spoken German skills
• Valid Class B driver's license and mobility to support regional sites and customers
