About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize and carry out maintenance interventions
- Perform diagnostics and hardware/software configurations based on established procedures
- Prepare, install, and deploy workstations and software
- Provide technical assistance and advice to users based on their skill level
- Document all interventions in the incident management tool
- Manage equipment, spare parts, and stock levels
- Ensure follow-up on user requests and respect service level agreements
Requirements
- Higher education degree in IT
- Several years of experience as a Proximity Support Technician
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows environments
- Experience with ticket management systems
- Strong sense of customer service and communication
- Ability to work autonomously and organize tasks effectively
