About the role
About the Company
HELPLINE specializes in user support outsourcing and the implementation of an augmented employee experience through AI. As part of the Everience group, HELPLINE provides user support, application support, proximity support, IT asset management, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) services to over 200 clients worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage approximately 300 users across multiple sites in the Rhône Alpes region
- Handle ticketing: incident analysis, remote troubleshooting, and on-site interventions
- Manage assets within the database
- Manage hardware including stock, equipment returns, and WEEE
- Deliver and install workstations at agencies
- Manage network infrastructure including switches and server racks
- Follow up on technical projects
- Perform site visits in Haute-Savoie, Isère, and Rhône
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience as a Proximity Support Technician or similar role
- Strong sense of service and user satisfaction
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities
- Team spirit and knowledge sharing skills
- Good interpersonal skills with both technical and business stakeholders
