Proximity Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Organize technical interventions and maintenance tasks
• Perform diagnostics and hardware/software configurations based on established procedures
• Prepare, install, and deploy workstations and software
• Provide technical assistance and advice to users based on their skill level
• Document interventions in the incident management tool
• Manage equipment, spare parts, and inventory stock
• Ensure follow-up on user requests and respect service level agreements

Requirements

• Higher education in IT
• Several years of experience as a proximity support technician
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows environments
• Experience with ticket management systems
• Valid driver's license for occasional travel between sites
• Ability to work in the Montpellier/Hérault area
