About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site proximity support
  • Assist and advise users, including VIP support
  • Analyze, process, and resolve incidents and requests via ticket management tools according to SLAs
  • Assemble, configure, and deliver PCs
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and equipment replacement/renewal
  • Prepare network sockets
  • Configure and support Zoom and Microsoft Teams meeting rooms

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Proximity Support Technician
  • Higher education in IT
  • Conversational English (B2 level)
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow, Windows 11, and Office 365
  • Knowledge of Logitech tablets, software, and networking
  • Experience with Zoom and Teams video support
  • Valid driver's license (Permis B)
  • Ability to work on-site in Aramon (30)
