HELPLINE specializes in user support outsourcing and the implementation of an augmented employee experience through AI. As part of the Everience group, HELPLINE provides user support, application support, proximity support, IT asset management, and GRC services to over 200 clients worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Provide reactive IT support to approximately 1,200 users
- Resolve technical issues related to PCs, Macs, meeting rooms, smartphones, and other hardware
- Support a significant English-speaking user population
- Write technical procedures and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Proximity Support Technician
- Proficiency in macOS and Windows 10/11
- Proficiency in mobile environments (Apple and Android)
- Mastery of Office 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Experience with remote desktop tools like Logmein or Teams
- Knowledge of administration platforms such as Jamf, Azure, and AD
- Knowledge of Canon printers and Uniflow administration
- Familiarity with Yealink meeting room systems
- Ability to communicate in English at a C1 level
- Experience using Confluence for documentation

- Ability to work autonomously and proactively
- Strong team spirit and knowledge sharing skills
