Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance interventions including diagnostics, part replacements, and configurations
- Prepare and install workstations and software according to established procedures
- Provide user assistance and information within the scope of intervention
- Validate interventions with users and record all actions in the incident management tool
- Manage technical perimeter including workstations, mobile/fixed telephony, printers, and video conferencing equipment
Requirements
- Confirmed experience in IT maintenance or proximity support
- Excellent communication and professional presentation skills
- Strong customer service orientation and listening skills
- Ability to work autonomously with rigor and adaptability
- Proficiency with Windows 10, Office 365, and EasyVista
