Provisioning Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end circuit provisioning including customer ceases
• Take ownership of orders from inception to customer handover
• Manage a large volume of customer accounts and ongoing provisioning projects
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers on provisioning projects
• Issue regular status updates to end customers
• Create customer paperwork for requirements
• Liaise with operational teams for service delivery
• Update internal systems with circuit provision information to ensure billing commences
• Provide administrative support as required

Requirements

• Previous B2B experience within an ISP or Telecoms background
• Knowledge of PSTN, Broadband, Ethernet, and MPLS
• Strong administrative and data input skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
