Provider Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and outbound support to healthcare providers to resolve order exceptions and inquiries
• Navigate multiple software systems including Epic, LIS, OnBase, and Five9 to manage work queues and in-baskets
• Research and resolve issues related to QA requests, duplicate orders, merges, and result requests
• Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating high-priority issues to management when necessary
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to identify process improvements and document new procedures
• Maintain accurate records and meet established hourly metric goals for assigned projects

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years of customer service experience
• Typing speed of at least 35 wpm
• Ability to work onsite in Madison, WI, Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare industry or an inbound/outbound contact center
• Proficiency with Epic, LIS, OnBase, or Five9
• Demonstrated knowledge of contact center technology and customer service principles
