Provider Success Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the intake, prioritization, execution, and completion of Change Requests across Salesforce and CareHub
• Serve as the primary point of ownership for recurring operational tasks
• Ensure provider, facility, and contract records are updated accurately
• Monitor Change Request queues to meet service-level expectations
• Partner with Provider Success Managers to clarify requests and resolve data issues
• Collaborate with Network Operations, Claims, and Systems teams to resolve dependencies
• Identify patterns in repeat requests to surface process improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support
• Experience with document workflows and shared systems
• Ability to work in high-volume, process-driven environments
