Provider Service Specialist - Clinical

Responsibilities

• Coordinate therapist availability and day-to-day schedules, including vacation and time-off requests
• Manage staff details in online applications and communicate daily via email and phone
• Securely store and update therapist credentials and paperwork in software
• Conduct orientations and onboarding sessions for new team members
• Create and manage user accounts for therapists and clients on web portals
• Develop training calendars and distribute training materials to the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Mandatory experience in US Healthcare processes
• Clinical qualification (Nurse, Physical Therapist, Allied Health Professional) preferred
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Ability to work the IST shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM) from the Porur, Chennai office
