Provider Service Specialist - Clinical

Responsibilities

• Manage provider availability and vacation requests
• Create and maintain user accounts for the HHL platform
• Conduct orientations for new providers
• Provide ongoing non-clinical and non-scheduling training support
• Develop and maintain training materials for the provider network
• Update therapist credentials in HHL
• Support the PRN program

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in support or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Shift timing: 8:30pm to 5.30am IST

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
