Provider Relations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and service a high-quality provider network within an assigned geographic area
• Act as the primary resource for medical providers to resolve complex issues regarding client requirements and lien resolutions
• Serve as a lien resolution manager by reviewing, negotiating, and resolving medical liens per attorney direction
• Collaborate with internal departments including Marketing, Futures, and Client Advocacy to develop strategic solutions
• Travel to various facilities to build relationships with staff and doctors
• Gather, track, and generate reports on KPIs
• Conduct customer sales meetings and contract negotiation discussions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communication, or a related field
• Three years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience in a law firm setting
• Direct experience in medical lien resolution
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in consultative selling or marketing
• Experience in a Personal Injury law firm setting
• Bilingual skills
