Provider Relations - Call Center Associate

Responsibilities

• Respond to Montana Medicaid provider inquiries in a call center environment using standard scripts and procedures
• Identify customer needs, answer questions, and resolve account-related problems
• Provide important information to customers using a warm and empathetic communication style
• Gather and verify information to keep customer profiles and accounts up to date
• Handle confidential information with high integrity and discretion in compliance with security policies
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks, including tracking daily tasks for quality review

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Prior office or administrative experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers, clients, and providers
• Strong attention to detail, including grammar and spelling accuracy
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Montana Medicaid
• Previous call center experience
• Knowledge of healthcare or insurance terminology
• Experience with data entry and database documentation
