Prototype Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure and monitor the compliance of prototype products with both Customer and Valeo standards
• Implement quality tools and standards within the daily production environment
• Create and ensure the proper implementation of quality tools such as Functional Analysis, PDCA, 8D, 5Why, and Control Plans
• Provide quality supervision over components, products, and processes
• Prepare for and participate in customer, external, and internal audits
• Analyze customer complaints and define necessary corrective actions

Requirements

• Engineering degree in a technical field
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of quality tools including CP, SPC, 8D, and 5Why
• Proficiency in English
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and solve problems under stress

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the automotive industry
