Prototype Evaluation Researcher

Responsibilities

• Design and validate performance tests for prototypes using methodologies aligned with real consumer usage habits.
• Develop and update technical documentation, including technical data sheets and label text, to support product claims.
• Conduct performance demonstrations for marketing and other stakeholders to accelerate business decision-making.
• Ensure laboratory operational excellence through equipment administration, maintenance, and implementation of 5S programs.
• Analyze results, risks, and advantages to support the selection of the best prototypes for implementation.
• Maintain technical and market surveillance regarding competitor performance and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in LQI, QFB, LCQ, IQ, IQA, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance evaluation, analytical/sensory methodologies, or product development (home or personal care).
• Experience with cleaning formulations and instrumental methodologies.
• Knowledge of applied statistics, sensory evaluation, and specialized performance testing equipment.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Minitab, JIRA, and Kanban methodologies.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
