Prototype Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage prototype sample manufacturing, including BOM procurement and production coordination
• Coordinate with manufacturing plants or third-party sites to implement equipment, tooling, fixtures, and testing platforms
• Perform software flashing and calibration for prototype units
• Modify samples to meet specific customer requirements, including harness fabrication and PCBA repair
• Prepare and manage technical documentation, reports, and change processes related to sample production

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in electronics or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related engineering major
• Solid understanding of Electronic Control Unit (ECU) working principles
• Proficiency in reading and understanding English technical drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
