Protocol Pricing Specialist/Site Activation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical study budgets in alignment with applicable regulations, SOPs, and project requirements.
• Ensure all budget elements are consistent with Fair Market Value (FMV) principles using benchmark tools and industry data.
• Review and interpret Study Protocols to understand required procedures, visit schedules, and conditional scenarios.
• Enter protocol-specified procedures into internal tools to generate initial study budget outputs.
• Finalize and refine Excel-based budgets, performing manual adjustments for sponsor-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with Study Teams to address queries, clarify assumptions, and incorporate budget updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Natural Sciences preferred.
• Experience working with GrantPlan or similar benchmarking platforms.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and structured data entry.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and build effective working relationships.
• Must be based in Bulgaria, Slovakia, or Serbia.
