About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor protected properties utilizing technologies such as cameras, early-warning systems, and alarms
- Manage access control procedures by screening and verifying all incoming visitors
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate resources
- Write clear, detailed reports documenting suspicious activity and security incidents
- Conduct open-source intelligence (OSINT) research to identify threats and emerging risks
- Monitor news, social media, and proprietary sources for real-time identification of global events impacting safety
- Maintain 24/7 awareness of geopolitical, criminal, environmental, and travel-related risks
- Complete behavioral threat assessments and investigative research to support protective security missions
Requirements
- 4+ years of military experience in an Intelligence MOS (All-Source, HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, etc.)
- OR 2+ years of experience as an OSINT analyst
- OR 2+ years of experience as a GSOC or Fusion Center analyst
- College degree or real-world experience in intelligence analysis, executive protection, investigations, or threat assessment
- Ability to pass a physical readiness test (pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, 800m run)
- Ability to swim
- Must be drug and nicotine free
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to obtain appropriate state firearm and security licensing
- Completion of a 12-day introductory training academy in San Antonio, TX
