Protection Specialist 1

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain physical security systems, including alarms and surveillance cameras
• Enforce access control to ensure only authorized personnel enter the building
• Maintain constant surveillance of assigned areas to protect property from theft, fire, and other threats
• Greet, check in, and direct visitors while providing high-quality customer service
• Conduct security audits of facilities and equipment to identify potential weaknesses
• Write detailed accident and incident reports regarding suspicious activities or safety hazards
• Respond to calls for assistance and perform bag or package checks as needed
• Coordinate security measures with departments such as HR or IT to ensure effective policy implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business and 2+ years of related experience
• OR Associate's Degree in Business and 4+ years of managerial or business-related experience
• OR High School diploma and 6+ years of related experience
