Protection/Safe Cross-Border Passage Program Field Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day implementation and development of the Safe Cross-Border Passage (SCBP) program
• Support the assessment and processing of potential cases according to established criteria
• Fulfill administrative processes and follow-up activities for beneficiaries
• Ensure adherence to reporting guidelines and timely data entry in Prot6
• Collect, compile, and share protection-related information and prepare written reports
• Develop and maintain contact with municipal/regional authorities, NGOs, and service providers
• Engage directly with persons affected by conflict to understand their circumstances
• Contribute to analyses of the security, socioeconomic, and political environment

Requirements

• Ukrainian citizenship or permanent residence permit in Ukraine
• University degree or relevant professional experience
• 3-5 years of professional experience (e.g., social, political, or economic sciences)
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian, and Russian
• Strong computer literacy
• Ability to work independently and within a diverse, multi-cultural team
