About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day implementation and development of the Safe Cross-Border Passage (SCBP) program.
- Assess and process potential cases in line with established criteria to support repatriation and family reunification.
- Provide support to sub-delegations through field trips, meetings, and case follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with workflows, reporting guidelines, and accurate data entry for SCBP files.
- Collect, analyze, and share protection-related information and prepare relevant reports.
- Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including authorities, NGOs, and service providers.
- Engage directly with individuals affected by conflict to understand their circumstances and provide support.
- Contribute to the analysis of the security, socioeconomic, and political environment.
Requirements
- Ukrainian citizenship or a permanent resident permit in Ukraine.
- University degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in social, political, or economic sciences.
- Proficiency in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
- Strong computer proficiency and experience with relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, multi-cultural team.
- Strong commitment to humanitarian principles and teamwork.
