Proserv Junior Consultant – French Payroll

Responsibilities

• Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and technical activities for outsourced SAP customers
• Manage simple to medium complexity tickets following functional analysis and coaching
• Generate bug-free code and customizations that respect company best practices
• Operate system tests using provided or self-generated data to ensure developments meet specifications
• Provide both technical and functional documentation for all handled issues
• Manage daily priorities and deadlines, reporting status and progress to the Team Manager
• Maintain communication channels to report status, resolutions, and root causes of assigned issues
• Develop an understanding of general HR flows and SAP HR architecture

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in French
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies quickly
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Service-oriented mindset with a strong client focus and sense of accountability
• Discretion and the ability to respect the confidentiality of information
• English or Italian language skills are a plus
